Edward Eddie Barbanell is an American actor and a comedian with down syndrome, who is best known for his role as Billy in the film “The Ringer” which was released in the year 2005. He has even played many minor roles along with playing the lead roles too. Edward was born on August 14, 1977, in St. Petersburg, Florida in the USA. Eddie has been quite secretive about his family as he never revealed the name of his parents nor his brothers or sisters. Eddie began his acting career in the year 2000 when he was seen mostly playing his roles in plays. He took a break from acting after the release of one of his most famous movies “The Ringer” where he played the role of “Billy.” Eddie made his return to the film industry in October 2010, when he played the minor role in the film Jackass 3D where he starred as himself alongside Johnny Knoxville, whom he met on the sets while filming “The Ringer.”
